NO-SHOWS - Failure to travel without prior notification is considered a no-show and the entire cost of the reservation is non-refundable, subject to the policies and procedures of the providers of travel and accommodations.

CHANGES AFTER DEPARTURE - No refunds will be granted on unused services once travel has commenced. Our Admins/Travel Consultants will assess a per-person fee for changes made after the commencement of travel. Changes in return transportation to the extent permitted by carrier(s)' tariff may be made only through Our Admins/Travel Consultants representatives. Changes in travel arrangements that result in additional monies owed due to price differences, fuel surcharges, ticket re-issuance fees, etc. are due and payable directly to Our Admins/Travel Consultants representatives at the time of change.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges that in all events, Our Admins/Travel Consultants shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages and that the sole extent of Our Admins/Travel Consultants liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Our Admins/Travel Consultants.

ACCOUNT SUMMARIES - Account summaries are sent to the group coordinator for bookings of shared rooms. No individual summaries can be requested. It is the responsibility of each client to maintain an accurate balance and payment history information regarding their booking, reservation status, and payment dates. Royal Dream Enterprises is not responsible for client payment history or balance information. While we make every effort to provide up-to-date information, Royal Dream Enterprises is not liable for any errors or omissions by the vendors/travel consultants or misinformation provided by the client.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS - Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest that all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.

GROUP HARMONY - To ensure the desired group synergy, Our travel consultants reserve the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

FORCE MAJEURE - Royal Dream Enterprises will not be deemed in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable to you, by reason of delay in performance or nonperformance of any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that any such delay or nonperformance is due to any Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” means, in relation to Royal Dream Enterprises, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Royal Dream Enterprises (including, but without limitations, acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war, or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, pandemics, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other untoward occurrences).

If Royal Dream Enterprises, and/or any of its travel suppliers, are affected by Force Majeure, they shall be entitled to, and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund by our travel consultants to you as a result of the non-performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in its sole and absolute discretion, although our travel consultants shall use all reasonable efforts to reimburse you where possible. However, our travel consultants shall be entitled to deduct from any refund recoverable the reasonable actual and potential costs to travel consultants of the Force Majeure and applicable cancellation fees.

Regarding civil unrest, once our travel consultants have investigated the prevailing situation, as it deems fit, it shall remain in our travel consultants' sole and absolute discretion whether to proceed with the trip. You may in such circumstances cancel the trip subject to each supplier’s terms and conditions.

TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES - In order to enjoy your tour fully, we recommend that you select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, are required to notify your travel consultant before reservations for review and our agreement. Additionally, the tour participant must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers, or other tour, hotel, and ship personnel are not able to provide such assistance. In order to participate in escorted tours, passengers must be able to understand and follow instructions given by the Tour Director at all times, both for the successful operation of the tour as well as for their safety. Our travel consultants reserve the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a tour if notification was not provided and/or when, in our sole judgment, continued participation would significantly hinder the services to be provided to all guests. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Escorted tours are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks over uneven terrain. In the interests of group harmony, clients should be able to maintain the pace of the tour. Clients with special needs may be better served independently. Our travel consultants can suggest touring options based on specific requirements.

WHEELCHAIRS AND WALKERS - USA Tours: Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Our travel consultants seek to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to travelers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise our travel consultants of their accessibility requirements before booking, in order for our travel consultants to determine if reasonable accommodations are available. Our travel consultants will endeavor to accommodate special access needs but do not guarantee that they will be able to do so in all cases.

INTERNATIONAL TOURS - Hotels, sea, and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways, or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.

SERVICE ANIMALS - Service animals cannot be accommodated on international escorted tours. Passengers on the USA escorted tours who require a service dog because of a disability should check with our travel consultants prior to booking a tour.
